Privacy Policy for Text Processing Lab
About this policy
Text Processing Lab is provided by Aktyva konsaltynh technologies. This policy describes the data handling supported by the current application. Privacy questions and deletion requests can be sent to mateuszbednarski696@gmail.com.
Information accessed and stored
Text Processing Lab processes text you type, paste, or import, including any personal information contained in that text. It also processes text used for comparisons, search terms, regular expressions, replacements, and processing results. These operations take place locally on your device.
The app saves your input draft and output automatically. It also stores the names and contents of documents and templates you save, processing history when enabled, and preferences such as text size and whether to save history. On Android, these items are stored in the app's private preferences storage.
Processing history is enabled by default and keeps the latest 50 results. You can turn it off in Settings. Undo retains up to 50 edits in memory during the current session.
Clipboard and file access
When you use Paste on Android, the app reads text from the system clipboard. Copy actions place your chosen text on the system clipboard, where access is governed by Android and other apps' permissions.
Import uses the Android system file picker to read a file you select as UTF-8 text. Export writes your selected input or output to a location you choose through the system file picker. A location may be managed by another storage provider, including a cloud provider. That provider's handling of files is subject to its own policies.
Purposes
The app uses this information to edit, count, transform, compare, search, and replace text; restore drafts and output; maintain saved documents and templates; provide processing history and undo; and import, copy, or export text at your request.
Collection, sharing, and third-party software
The inspected application does not send your text or usage information to the developer or an application server. It does not require an account. No advertising, analytics, tracking, or remote crash-reporting SDKs were identified in the inspected source and dependencies. The app uses Android and Kotlin/Compose libraries to provide its interface and local functionality.
The Android manifest includes internet permission, but the inspected active application flow does not use it to transmit data. Text processing works offline.
User-directed clipboard and export actions can make text available outside the app. Android backup is also enabled in the application configuration. Depending on your device and backup settings, the operating system may back up and restore app data through its backup service. Backup handling is governed by that service and your device settings.
Browser preview
If you use the browser preview, saved drafts, output, documents, templates, history, and preferences are stored in the browser's local storage. The preview's Copy and Paste buttons use an internal temporary text buffer. File import is unavailable in that preview, while export requests a text-file download. Browser storage and downloaded files can be managed through your browser and device controls.
Security
Android's private app storage provides the storage boundary for saved app data. The inspected code does not implement additional encryption for stored text. It also writes file import or export errors to Android's diagnostic log; no remote reporting of those logs was identified.
Because the app does not implement a server connection for text processing, encryption in transit is not part of that processing flow. Any transfer performed by a storage or backup provider depends on that provider. No storage or security measure can guarantee absolute protection.
Retention and deletion
Drafts, output, saved documents, templates, and preferences remain in local app storage until changed, deleted where controls are available, or removed by clearing app data. History retains up to 50 results, with older results replaced as new ones are added. Disabling history stops new history entries; it does not delete existing entries.
You can delete individual saved documents, templates, and history entries from their respective screens. Deleting one entry does not remove copies in a draft, output, other saved entries, the clipboard, or exported files. To remove all locally stored Android app data, use Android's app storage controls to clear the app's data. In the browser preview, clear the site's browser storage. Manage exported files, clipboard contents, and backups separately using the relevant device or provider controls.
For deletion questions or requests, contact mateuszbednarski696@gmail.com. The developer cannot remotely access or delete text that remains only on your device. If you email support, your email address and any information you include become available through that correspondence. A specific retention period for support correspondence has not been established in the available information.
Children's privacy
Text Processing Lab is a general text productivity tool. A specific intended age range has not been established in the available information. The inspected app has no account registration, age collection, advertising, or developer-operated collection of children's information. Text entered by any user is handled locally as described above.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the app or its data practices. Review the current policy when using an updated version of Text Processing Lab.
